Shipping policy

We do our best to ensure that your order is processed quickly and delivered safely. Here you will find all the information you need about shipping and delivery with us.

1. Delivery time

Processing time:  All orders are shipped from our warehouse within  1-5 business days.

Delivery time is normally  7–11 business days  after the order is confirmed.
Products are shipped from our central warehouse abroad (Europe or Asia), and delivery time may vary slightly depending on where in UK you live.

2. Shipping costs

We offer the following shipping prices:

• Free shipping
• Insured shipping -  29.00

The shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

3. Delivery methods

We ship all packages with trackable shipping with our delivery partners. You will receive an email with a tracking number when the package is shipped from the warehouse.  

4. Shipping from abroad

Several of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse abroad. This allows us to offer unique products at low prices.
Please note that shipments from abroad may be subject to customs clearance upon arrival in the UK.

5. Customs and value added tax (VAT)

We do not add United Kingdom VAT to the shopping cart. As a customer, you are responsible for any VAT and customs duties when importing to UK. These are processed by the UK Customs or the shipping company upon delivery.  
    

6. Unclaimed packages

Packages that are not picked up and returned to us will incur a fee of 36.75 GBP for return shipping and administration.  

7. Delayed or non-delivery

If you have not received your package within 15 business days, please contact us with your order number.
We will help you track your package or send a new one if it is lost in transit.

8. Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after purchase, and then a separate email with a tracking link when your package ships. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.
