General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

  • Withdrawal period:  the period during which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.
  • Consumer:  a natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
  • Day:  calendar day.
  • Term contract:  a distance contract that includes a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
  • Durable medium:  any means that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to him, in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
  • Right of withdrawal:  possibility for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
  • Entrepreneur:  natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers via distance selling.
  • Distance contract:  a contract concluded via a distance selling system, where exclusive use is made of distance communication techniques.
  • Distance communication techniques:  methods for entering into a contract without the parties being physically present at the same time.
  • General terms and conditions:  the contractor's current general terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to any offer from the entrepreneur and to any distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the contract is concluded, these terms and conditions shall be made available to the consumer. If this is not possible, information on where the terms and conditions can be found electronically shall be provided and sent free of charge upon request.

In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the one most favorable to the consumer applies.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is as similar in meaning as possible.

Article 4 – The Offer

  • If the offer has a time limit or conditions, this must be clearly stated.
  • Offers are not binding – the contractor can change them.
  • The offer must describe the products/services clearly and precisely.
  • Images and specifications are indicative and do not constitute a claim for compensation.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the terms.

In the case of an electronic agreement, receipt is confirmed immediately by the contractor. Without confirmation, the consumer can terminate the agreement.

The contractor may obtain credit information and refuse orders for objective reasons, or impose special conditions.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer may cancel the purchase within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is unopened and unused.

The consumer must inform in writing and return the item within the deadline. Return shipping is covered by the consumer.

Article 7 – Price

All prices are shown in GBP and do not include customs or import duties. These are paid by the consumer.

Price changes may occur without notice, but do not affect already confirmed orders.

Article 8 – Payment

Payment must be made within 7 business days of ordering, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of non-payment, collection costs may be incurred.

Article 9 – Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

The contractor will respond within 14 days with a solution or further process.

Article 10 – Disputes

All agreements are governed by United Kingdom law. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or via the United Kingdom legal system.
